The CVD vacuum furnace is a device that uses chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology to heat and chemically react materials in a vacuum environment. It precisely controls parameters such as temperature, gas flow rate and vacuum degree to allow the gaseous precursor to react chemically on the surface of the solid substrate, thereby depositing a thin film or coating. In the CVD vacuum furnace, the gaseous precursor is sent into the high-temperature vacuum tube furnace through the gas path system. Under the high temperature environment in the furnace, the gaseous precursor reacts chemically to generate solid products and deposit them on the surface of the solid substrate. By precisely controlling parameters such as temperature, gas flow rate and vacuum degree, the rate of the chemical reaction and the properties of the product can be regulated to obtain the desired film or coating.
