Its core technology combines the efficient power conversion of the inverter power supply with the deep penetration characteristics of submerged arc welding. The equipment converts industrial frequency AC into high-frequency AC through inverter technology, and then outputs stable DC through rectification and filtering, which significantly improves the power utilization rate and arc stability; at the same time, the flux layer is used to cover the arc and molten pool, isolate air interference, reduce spatter and smoke, and ensure that the weld is dense and pore-free. Its automation system integrates wire feeding mechanism, walking trolley and flux recovery device, which can accurately control welding speed, current voltage and wire feeding amount. It is suitable for long straight welds or circumferential welds of thick plates, especially in pressure vessels, ship decks, pipeline engineering and large steel structure manufacturing. Compared with traditional welding machines, the inverter design has the advantages of small size, energy saving, fast dynamic response, etc., and multiple sets of parameters can be preset through the digital panel to adapt to continuous high-intensity operations of various materials such as carbon steel and low-alloy steel, taking into account welding quality and production efficiency.
