The thermal gas mass flow meter is a flow meter designed based on the principle of heat diffusion, which is used to measure the mass flow rate of gas flowing in a pipeline. It uses the fact that when the fluid flows through a hot object, the heat loss of the hot object is in a certain proportional relationship with the flow rate of the fluid to infer the mass flow rate of the gas. The flow meter usually consists of two reference-level thermal resistors (RTDs), one is the velocity sensor RH, which is used for heating; the other is the temperature sensor RMG, which measures the temperature change of the gas and is used to sense the temperature of the measured gas. As the gas flow rate increases, the airflow will take away more heat, causing the temperature of the sensor RH to drop. By measuring this temperature difference, the mass flow rate of the gas can be inferred.
