RF Thin Film Probe Card Market

RF thin film probe card is a key interface device in the field of semiconductor testing. It is mainly used in wafer testing as a bridge between the tested chip and the tester. RF thin film probe card is mainly composed of printed circuit boards and probes. PCB (printed circuit board) is the main structure of the probe card, carrying core components such as probes and electronic components.
