Piezoceramic components are used in a broad spectrum of electromechanical transducers covering a wide frequency range. In sensors, they enable the conversion of forces, pressures and accelerations to electrical signals. In sound generators and ultrasonic transducers, they transform voltages into oscillations or deformations. Manufacturing and industrial processing is the single largest market for piezoelectric products.
Industrial piezoelectric ceramic components are a kind of components made of piezoelectric ceramics used in the industrial field, which use the piezoelectric effect to achieve mechanical deformation and electrical signal conversion. These components play an important role in applications such as industrial automation, control, measurement and sensing. Piezoceramic elements are based on the piezoelectric effect, i.e. when mechanical force or pressure is applied, they deform, generating an electric charge. Conversely, they also undergo mechanical deformation when an electric field is applied. This interconversion property makes them widely used in sensing, vibration control and other fields. Industrial piezoelectric ceramic elements can be used as sensors to measure and detect physical quantities such as pressure, force, vibration, and strain. They are commonly used in industrial automation and control systems to monitor equipment status and process parameters. Piezo elements can be used in vibration control and damping systems to help reduce vibration and shock in mechanical systems, improving stability and performance. Piezoelectric ceramic elements can also be used in acoustic and ultrasonic generators and transducers for applications such as acoustic communication, measurement and imaging.
