Pneumatic Sieving Instrument Market

The pneumatic sieving instrument is an instrument used for material screening and classification. It adopts an airflow driven method to screen materials through airflow, and can be used for particle size analysis and screening of powders, granules and other materials. The main components of the pneumatic screen include screen mesh, screen frame, air flow device and collection device. The working principle of the pneumatic sieving instrument : add the material to be tested into the screening bin, open the air flow device to generate air flow, the air flow passes through the screen, the material is impacted and carried by the air flow, producing an effect similar to the buoyancy of liquid, making the material on the screen rise rapidly. According to the particle size of the material, smaller particles will fall into the collection device through the sieve holes, while larger particles will be blocked on the screen. By adjusting the air flow rate and screen aperture, the materials can be screened at different particle size levels. The collection device can be used to collect materials in different particle size ranges for subsequent analysis or utilization.
The pneumatic sieving instrument has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, good screening effect, and wide application. It is used for particle size analysis and screening of materials.
