Liquid Source Vaporizers are devices used for vaping or atomizing liquid substances. They typically consist of a battery or power source, a heating element or coil, and a refillable tank or cartridge. When the evaporation material is heated, it gradually sublimates or evaporates to form a gas, which is then deposited on the substrate to form a thin film. It is commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing, thin film deposition, materials science research and other fields. This evaporator is different from traditional resistance heating or electron beam evaporators. It uses liquid as a heat source to evaporate materials to form a thin film.
