Thin and Ultra-thin Vapor Chambers Market

A vapor chamber is a planer heat pipe, which can spread heat in two dimensions. They are typically used in high heat flux applications, or when two-dimensional spreading is required. Vapor Chamber technology enables higher CPUs with a higher TDP (or overclocked state) to be efficiently and effectively cooled to safe operating temperatures, extending component and product life. Vapor chamber features a wick design that filled with coolant. When heated, the coolant changes phase from a liquid to a gas and back again to transfer heat. Thin and ultra-thin heat pipe vapor chambers offer excellent choices for space-constrained applications where heat needs to be moved to a remote location or spread quickly to a larger heat sink surface area.
Thin and Ultra-thin Vapor Chambers is an efficient heat dissipation technology for thermal management, especially suitable for applications requiring efficient heat dissipation such as electronic equipment, computer chips, LED lighting, and lasers. The vapor chamber uses the principle of liquid evaporation and condensation to conduct heat from the heat source to the heat dissipation part, thereby achieving uniform temperature distribution and efficient heat transfer. Thin and ultra-thin vapor chambers use thin metal or alloy plates, usually filled with working fluid (liquid medium) inside. These plates achieve even distribution and efficient conduction of heat through the evaporation and condensation of liquids. Ultra-thin vapor chambers have a thinner design that can fit into tighter space layouts, such as mobile devices, laptops, etc. The liquid inside the vapor chamber can effectively conduct heat during evaporation and condensation, and has high thermal conductivity.
