A high-temperature rotary furnace is a device that rotates the furnace body to heat the material evenly in a high-temperature environment, thereby completing the process of calcination, roasting or drying. It is widely used in many industries, such as cement, refractory materials, ceramics and chemical industries. The furnace body of a high-temperature rotary furnace is usually a long steel cylinder lined with refractory materials to withstand the thermal stress in a high-temperature environment. The furnace body is supported on several pairs of supporting wheels and has an inclination of 3% to 6% to facilitate the transportation and discharge of materials. The furnace body is driven by an electric motor to rotate slowly through gears, and the material is added from the higher tail end and discharged from the lower furnace head end. This rotation method helps the material to be evenly heated and fully reacted in the furnace. The heating system of the high-temperature rotary furnace is usually located at the furnace head end, and fuel (such as coal powder, heavy oil or gas fuel) is injected for combustion to produce high-temperature flue gas. After the flue gas exchanges heat with the material in the furnace, it is discharged from the higher end.
