Solder paste, a unique combination of minute metal solder particle and slimy flux, is exclusively known for its usage in the printed circuit board or PCB manufacturing. This special paste attaches the mount particles to pads on the board and creates a stable bond between two different work elements. Low Temperature Lead Free Solder Paste is a material used for soldering electronic components. It does not contain harmful lead components and meets environmental protection and health requirements. This solder paste is commonly used in applications such as electronics manufacturing, circuit board assembly and repair. Low-temperature lead-free solder paste is developed to replace traditional lead-containing solder paste to reduce harmful effects on the environment and human body.
