Vacuum sintered porous titanium plate is a porous metal filter material made of industrial high-purity titanium powder as raw material, which is sintered at high temperature in a vacuum environment after pretreatment such as powder classification, screening, and molding. Vacuum sintered porous titanium plate uses high-purity titanium powder as raw material, usually with a purity of more than 99% to ensure the performance and quality of the final product. The titanium powder is then graded and screened to obtain a particle size distribution that meets the requirements, which is crucial for subsequent molding and sintering processes. Then, through cold isostatic pressing or other molding processes, the titanium powder is pressed into a plate or other shape with a certain shape and size. Finally, the formed titanium plate is placed in a vacuum sintering furnace and sintered at high temperature at a specific temperature and pressure. In this process, metallurgical bonding occurs between the titanium powder particles to form a porous structure.
