The rapid thermal annealing (RTA) vacuum furnace is a type of high temperature materials testing and analysis using an infrared gold furnace with a programmable digital temperature controller, quartz glass chamber and gas controller. It uses a halogen infrared lamp as a heat source, and rapidly heats the wafer or material to 300°C-1200°C through an extremely fast heating rate, thereby eliminating some defects inside the wafer or material and improving product performance. At the same time, it adopts advanced microcomputer control system and PID closed-loop temperature control, which can achieve extremely high temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity, and can be equipped with a vacuum chamber, and can also be configured with multiple gases according to the user"s process requirements.
