Micro-heat Regeneration Dryer Market

The micro-heat regeneration dryer, on the basis of heatless regeneration, appropriately heats the regeneration gas to increase the regeneration temperature to reduce the regeneration gas consumption. The device has low regeneration consumption and good economy. This micro-heat regeneration dryer is divided into internal micro-heating regeneration dryer and external micro-heating regeneration dryer by placing the heater inside and outside the dryer. The internal micro-heating regeneration dryer places the heater inside the dryer, which can fully utilize the energy of the heater to dry the adsorbent. The micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, adsorbs (works) at room temperature and high steam partial pressure; desorbs (regenerates) at higher temperature and low steam partial pressure, that is, the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent during the adsorption process can be completely removed during the regeneration process by relying on the combined action of the two mechanisms of thermal diffusion and low partial pressure of high-quality regeneration gas (dry air heating).
