This technology significantly enhances the electrochemical reaction kinetics through high temperatures, allowing some thermal energy to replace electrical energy, thereby drastically reducing hydrogen production energy consumption and achieving an energy conversion efficiency of over 85%. It is currently the mainstream technology for large-scale green hydrogen production coupled with nuclear energy, high-temperature renewable energy, and industrial waste heat.
