The generating capacity was 28,642 billion kWh, with the increase of 1.8% year-on-year. Among them, the United States generated 42.4 billion kWh of electricity in 2022, and Japan"s total electricity consumption was 989.2 billion kWh, with the 7782 kWh per capita.
