They are typically fabricated from durable materials like silicon, quartz, or metal, which provide high mechanical strength and thermal stability necessary for repeated use.
Technological substitutability (high resolution/low cost) and downstream diversified applications (semiconductor/optical/biological) are the main driving factors for the growth of the nanoimprint mold market.
