Wear-resistant Plate Cladding Machine Market

Wear-resistant plate surfacing machine is a machine with the functions of surfacing repair and strengthening of cemented carbide surface coatings such as tungsten carbide. It surfacing one or more layers of metal layers with wear resistance, corrosion resistance or other special properties on the surface of the wear-resistant plate to enhance the surface properties of the wear-resistant plate and improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life of the material. The working principle of the wear-resistant plate surfacing machine is mainly based on high-frequency plasma deposition coating surfacing technology. During the surfacing process, the equipment generates a high-frequency plasma arc to heat and melt the surfacing material (such as cemented carbide powder such as tungsten carbide), and then deposit it on the surface of the wear-resistant plate. Through the principle of powder metallurgy bonding, the surfacing layer forms a strong bond with the wear-resistant plate substrate, thereby strengthening the surface coating.
