A three-phase low voltage generator is an electrical device that converts mechanical energy into three-phase alternating current electrical energy at low voltage levels. It typically operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Inside the generator, there are three sets of stator windings evenly distributed in the stator core, which are spatially separated by 120 electrical degrees from each other. When the rotor, which is equipped with magnetic poles, rotates within the stator, it causes the magnetic flux passing through the stator windings to change, thereby inducing electromotive forces in the three stator windings. These electromotive forces have the same magnitude, a frequency difference of 120 degrees, and together they form a three-phase alternating current output. The low voltage range usually refers to voltages below 1000V, such as 220V or 380V, which are commonly used in industrial and residential power supply systems. Three-phase low voltage generators are widely used in various fields where there is a need for independent power supply, such as in small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, construction sites, hospitals, and data centers as backup power sources to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment.
