Wind turbine blade injection resin is a special resin material used in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades. Wind turbine blades are one of the core components of wind turbines, responsible for converting wind energy into mechanical energy and driving the generator to generate electrical energy. In order to improve the performance and reliability of wind turbine blades, resin injection is widely used in the manufacturing process of blades. Perfusion resin is a composite material with high strength, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can fill the gaps and pores inside the blades, increasing the structural strength and stiffness of the blades. The wind turbine blade injection resin is usually made of epoxy resin, polyester resin, or other synthetic resins. During the manufacturing process, the resin is injected into the internal cavity of the blades and forms a sturdy structure through the curing process.
According to the Global Wind Report 2023 released by the Global Wind Energy Council, by 2024, the newly installed capacity of global onshore wind power will exceed 100GW for the first time; by 2025, the newly installed capacity of global offshore wind power will also reach 25GW. In the next five years, the newly added grid-connected capacity of wind power will reach 680GW. The report also shows that the United States and Europe may experience a supply bottleneck of wind turbines and components in 2025.
