The flip oscillator is a laboratory equipment widely used in the fields of chemistry, biology, food, pharmaceuticals and materials science. It is mainly used to mix, separate and arrange materials for various experiments and research. The flip oscillator drives the oscillation platform to perform reciprocating or circular motion through a motor, thereby producing a variety of oscillation effects. Its core is to use a positive feedback loop to generate self-excited oscillation. During the oscillation process, two complementary transistors or integrated circuits interact with each other and change the conduction state between them to produce a stable rectangular waveform oscillation signal. In addition, it can also use an eccentric shaft to drive the container containing the material to rotate and oscillate. The main function of the flip oscillator is to stir and mix the sample in the liquid through flipping and oscillating movements.
