Cryogenic sorption pump is a pumping device that utilizes the gas adsorption and desorption properties of materials at low temperatures. It is widely used in vacuum technology, gas separation, cryogenic storage and other fields. The working principle of this pump is to cool the adsorption material (such as activated carbon, molecular sieve, etc.) to low temperature so that it has a stronger gas adsorption capacity. The gas molecules are adsorbed and stored by the adsorption material. When the temperature of the adsorption material rises, the adsorbed gas is released, thereby achieving gas pumping and separation.
