Fluorescent probe in-situ hybridization is used to directly count RNA transcripts without the need for reverse transcription and PCR amplification.
Technical parameters: It can detect at least 18,000 RNA and 75 protein targets at single-cell resolution. The objective lens has a magnification of 22.77X and a numerical aperture of 1.1, with a field of view (FOV) size of 0.51 mm x 0.51 mm, and it is compatible with four-color fluorescence channels.
Sample compatibility: It is compatible with various types of samples, including fresh frozen tissue samples, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples, organoids, and cultured cells.
