Friction stir welding (FSW) is the core process of friction stir welding (FSW), which generates heat by rubbing the metal plate with a high-speed rotating stirring head. The liquid cooling plate is usually made of aluminum alloy, copper or stainless steel and other materials, and the internal design of complex flow channels to guide the coolant circulation, suitable for new energy batteries, electric vehicles, data centers and other scenarios that require high heat dissipation efficiency and structural reliability. The process advantages include no filling material loss, weld strength close to the base material, excellent fatigue resistance, and can avoid the thermal deformation of traditional welding problems, to ensure that the liquid cooling plate in the long-term high pressure, vibration environment still maintain high sealing and heat dissipation performance.
