Its production process is roughly as follows: hydrogen production, hydrogen chloride synthesis, trichlorosilane rectification and purification, reduction, product crushing and finishing, tail gas recovery and cold hydrogenation. Among them, other production processes except hydrogen production, hydrogen chloride synthesis and intermediate product crushing and sorting are closely related to trichlorosilane.
2021 is the first year for China to launch the "double carbon" plan.
