Depending on where the inflammatory reaction occurs, abnormal type 2 immune pathways can induce different allergic diseases, such as skin (atopic dermatitis, chronic spontaneous urticaria, etc.), respiratory tract (chronic sinusitis, asthma, chronic obstruction, etc.) lung disease, etc.), digestive tract (eosinophilic esophagitis), cardiovascular (eosinophilic granulomatous vasculitis), etc. Biological targeted drugs mainly reduce the inflammatory response and activity of immune cells by binding to targets such as specific regulatory factors in the type 2 immune pathway; Small molecule targeted drugs include JAK inhibitors and TYK2 inhibitors, which exert immunomodulatory effects by blocking the JAK/STAT pathway.
