Due to the large fluctuations in bismuth prices, the price of commercially available lead-free black glaze paste is still about 20–30% higher than that of lead-containing systems, but it can meet the stringent requirements of acid resistance ≥40 h and thermal expansion coefficient (85–95) × 10⁻⁷ /℃ for complete vehicle assembly.
