It is one of the key components in the diesel direct injection system. The working principle of the common rail fuel pump is to supply fuel to each fuel injector through a high-pressure fuel pipeline called the common rail. In traditional fuel injection systems, the fuel pump adjusts the fuel pressure and injection time based on the engine speed and load. The common rail fuel pump, on the other hand, provides constant high-pressure fuel through a high-pressure fuel pipeline called the common rail, and the fuel injector controls the injection time and quantity through a solenoid valve. It can also achieve advanced injection technologies such as multiple injections and pre injections, improving the responsiveness and low emission performance of the engine.
