Electromagnetic Expansion Valve Market

An electromagnetic expansion valve is a key component in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It consists of an electromagnetic coil and a valve body. Before the electromagnetic coil is energized, the valve needle is in the fully open position. Once the coil is energized, due to the magnetic force, the plunger made of magnetic material is attracted and moves upward, driving the valve needle connected to the plunger to reduce the opening degree. The position of the valve needle's opening depends on the control voltage (coil current) applied to the coil. Therefore, the refrigerant flow rate of the expansion valve can be adjusted by changing the control voltage. It is widely used in various refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to accurately control the flow of refrigerant, so as to adapt to the change of heat load in the system and improve the efficiency and stability of the refrigeration system
