The tube opening has high precision and parts can be replaced, but the initial equipment purchase cost is high, and it is mostly used in scientific research fields or integrated circuit fields with higher requirements. The open-tube microfocus ray source has the characteristics of smaller focus size, higher maximum tube voltage, higher magnification and stronger penetration, but at the same time it has disadvantages in terms of cost performance, maintenance cost, service life and start-up time. At present, closed-tube microfocus ray sources are still the main choice for precision X-ray inspection fields such as integrated circuits, electronic manufacturing, and new energy batteries.
