905 nm solution will continue to dominate the passenger car front-end market with approximately USD 1.2 billion and over 60% share. The mature silicon-based VCSEL/edge-emitting laser supply chain will reduce the average unit price to below USD 150. The 1550 nm solution has a scale of approximately USD 700 million and accounts for 30%, mainly supplying Robotaxi and high-end L3+ models. Due to the need for InGaAs detectors and high-power fiber lasers, the unit price is still as high as over USD 300.
