Handheld Thermocouple Probes come in a wide variety of configuration builds. Each build comes with its own accessories to meet any situation and application. These builds include general purpose probes, penetration point probes and surface probes. As well as standard, micro, and heavy-duty probes. Probes with a penetration point are used often as a food grade thermocouple. All handheld probes feature color-coded ANSI components. These include type J, K, T and E. Handheld probes also come with their own specified handle type. Handle types come in a standard plastic BLAZE handle, a mini stainless steel handle, and a high-temp heavy duty stainless steel handle.
