In addition, this material has good heat dissipation, which helps control the operating temperature of the battery and improves overall safety and service life. The battery pack is the core energy source of new energy vehicles, providing driving power for the entire vehicle. The weight of a battery pack for a pure electric vehicle can reach hundreds of kilograms. If the weight of a new energy vehicle is reduced by 100Kg, the cruising range can be increased by 10-11%, the battery cost can be reduced by 20%, and the daily loss cost can be reduced by 20%. Therefore, lightweight materials have become an important path to solve the problems of new energy vehicles. The lightweight structural parts of the battery pack mainly include the internal end plate/side plate, the external shell and the bottom tray.
