Some high-end electronic packaging materials have extremely high requirements for the curing process. Enclosed tertiary amine catalysts can release active substances after heating, achieving the dual goals of low-temperature molding and high-temperature curing. In drug intermediate synthesis, blocking catalysts can increase reaction selectivity and yield by regulating the release time and reduce by-product generation.
