External Heating Electric Soldering Iron Market

An externally heated electric soldering iron is an electronic welding tool. Its main feature is that the heating resistor (i.e., the soldering iron core) is located outside the soldering iron tip. The heat is transferred to the soldering iron tip by external heating, thereby heating the welding point. An externally heated electric soldering iron usually consists of a soldering iron tip, a soldering iron core, a shell, a wooden handle, a power lead, a plug, and other parts. The soldering iron core is a key component of the electric soldering iron. It is composed of a heating wire wound in parallel on a hollow porcelain tube, insulated by a mica sheet in the middle, and two wires are led out to connect to a 220V AC power supply.
Externally heated electric soldering irons have a variety of specifications, and the commonly used ones are 25W, 45W, 75W, 100W, etc. The higher the power, the higher the temperature of the soldering iron tip. It is suitable for welding large components, and it can also be used for welding small components. Since the heating resistor of the externally heated electric soldering iron is outside, its heat transfer path is relatively long, but this also makes the temperature of the soldering iron tip more uniform and stable under long-term use.
