Bromine-Antimony Pellet is composed of DBDPE, Sb2O3 and little effective additives which has effective fire resistance and is more environmentally friendly. The ratio of DBDPE and Sb2O3 can be customized by different customer’s request.
Flame retardant masterbatch can also be called flame retardant masterbatch, flame retardant granules, etc. It is a concentration masterbatch after flame retardant compound formula. It is superior to ordinary flame retardant products in terms of thermal stability and weather resistance, and has the advantages of environmental protection, high efficiency, convenient use, and good compatibility with resins and plastics. It is currently one of the best flame retardant products in plastics, rubber, and resins. In recent years, the flame retardant demand for plastics and rubber has continued to rise, which has also promoted the development of the flame retardant masterbatch industry. The number of flame retardant masterbatches in my country continues to rise, reaching 430,000 tons in 2020. For a long time, there has been no mandatory addition of flame retardants in my country. In terms of application, flame retardant masterbatches can be used not only in plastic products, but also in rubber products, with a wide range of applications. At present, plastic products have a high demand for flame retardant masterbatch applications, reaching 300,000 tons in 2020. Due to the lack of unified standards, the proportion of flame retardants in flame retardant masterbatches is different. At the same time, it is affected by different application fields and production technologies. At present, the price of flame retardant masterbatch products in the market varies greatly. According to different materials used, flame retardant masterbatches can be divided into halogen flame retardant masterbatches, polyethylene series anti-combustion masterbatches, polypropylene series flame retardant masterbatches, and phosphorus-based anti-combustion masterbatches. Among them, halogen-based products are highly respected in resins, and phosphorus-based products are the most widely used. In practical applications, due to certain defects of a single flame retardant masterbatch, the current composite formula technology of flame retardant masterbatch can combine the advantages of two or more flame retardant masterbatches to achieve the best flame retardant effect.
