Due to different equipment structures, it can also be divided into single chamber, double chamber, and multi chamber winding coating equipment. Mainly used for vacuum evaporation of thin films on the surface of strip materials such as plastic, cloth, paper, and steel strip, as metalized packaging materials, reflective materials, insulation materials, surface decoration materials, electrical materials, and various decorative materials such as logos, labels, and trademarks for food. Widely used in packaging, decoration, printing, textile, food, anti-counterfeiting, cigarette, electronic industry and other fields. Working principle and characteristics of magnetron sputtering coiling coating machine: various metals, alloys, compounds, ceramics and other materials are deposited on flexible substrates by magnetron sputtering (DC, IF, RF) for single or multi-layer coating. It is suitable for coating various dielectric films (SiO2, Si3N4, Al2O3, SnO2, ZnO, Ta2O5, etc.), conductive films (ITO, AZO), AR antireflection films, HR high reflection films, low radiation Low-E films Alloy films and metal films (Al, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, SUS stainless steel, TiAl, etc.) are mainly used in: flexible circuit boards, ITO transparent conductive films, film capacitors, automobile/train/ship films, thin film solar cells, flexible solar cell FPD flat panel displays, flexible display devices, etc.
