CVD is a chemical reaction growth technology used to produce high-purity, high-performance solid-state materials. CVD-SiC/CVD-TaC uses graphite as the base material of components. A layer of SiC/TaC film is evenly covered on the graphite surface by the CVD method, thereby improving the corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the components. CVD Susceptor is a graphite substrate used in the CVD process. During the CVD process, the susceptor is used to support and heat the reactants, promote the chemical reaction, and deposit the required materials on the substrate surface. CVD Susceptor is usually made of high temperature stable graphite material, which has good thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance.
