The technical principle of the skeleton-supported film can be broken down into the following:
1. Mechanical support framework: brittle ceramic or sulfide solid electrolytes are difficult to form independently. The skeleton-supported film provides a stable support through a high modulus substrate (such as polyimide, 3D nanoceramics), and the tensile strength can reach 42.11 MPa (50 times higher than traditional materials.
2. Ion transport optimization: The precise pore structure (porosity of more than 75%) and the gradient pore size design significantly reduce the ion transport resistance. The room temperature ion conductivity of the composite electrolyte can reach 18 mS/cm, far exceeding the 0.3-0.4 level of liquid batteries.
3. Physical barrier to lithium dendrites: The elastic modulus (>50 GPa) of the ceramic-based skeleton-supported film can effectively inhibit the penetration of lithium dendrites, and the cycle life of symmetrical batteries exceeds 6000 hours.
