The 2020 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" Part 3 - 3407 Exogenous DNA Residue Determination Method includes the qPCR method for the detection of host residual DNA in biological products. This method has the characteristics of rapidity, high throughput, and high sensitivity.
