Liquid nitrogen quick-freezing equipment is a kind of equipment for quick-freezing with liquid nitrogen, which is widely used in food processing, biomedicine, scientific research and other fields. Liquid nitrogen quick-freezing equipment directly contacts or sprays liquid nitrogen on food or samples to make it reach an extremely low temperature quickly to achieve the effect of quick freezing. Liquid nitrogen quick-freezing equipment needs a container for storing liquid nitrogen to supply liquid nitrogen to the quick-freezing chamber or quick-freezing chamber. After liquid nitrogen enters the quick-freezing chamber or quick-freezing cavity, its surface temperature is rapidly reduced by spraying or directly contacting food or samples. The extremely low temperature of liquid nitrogen (approximately -196°C) allows food or samples to be frozen quickly.
