It is the latest green environmental protection coating, which conforms to the SGS environmental protection standard of European Union, and has passed the FDA certification test of food contact test standard of us food and drug administration. It is harmless to the environment and human body, non-toxic, pollution-free, and has high safety performance. The water-based ceramic coatings are rich in colors, including white, plain, bright, light, light silver and so on, a wide range of color options. It is widely used in aerospace industry, Metro high-speed rail and other rail transit fields, such as office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, hospital stations, stadiums, exhibition halls, airports and other buildings indoor and outdoor decoration, building curtain walls.
Nano inorganic resin is used as the main base material for waterborne ceramic coatings. There are repeated Si-O bonds with high bond energy and strength on the main chain. Its stable chemical structure determines the advantages of the physical and chemical properties of the coatings. Compared with the typical organic C-C and C-F bonds, the inorganic structure is undoubtedly more durable, has inherent thermal stability, and is not affected by sunlight and ultraviolet rays, Inorganic structure has its special nonflammability, while organic polymer can burn and smoke and produce toxic smoke. After coating on the surface of the substrate, the coating is cured by heating to form a coating with properties similar to those of ceramics and glass, so it is called inorganic ceramic coating. Ceramic coating is a new type of inorganic nano material developed from the technical requirements of aerospace industry, which is currently in the most cutting-edge field of coating industry. As an inorganic coating, ceramic coating has more powerful performance advantages than traditional organic coating, so it is also called "the third generation curtain wall coating".
