It is usually divided into two categories: water-based inorganic ceramic coatings and solvent based inorganic ceramic coatings, among which water-based inorganic ceramic coatings are more popular due to their excellent environmental performance. In small household appliances such as rice cookers, frying pans, induction cookers, hair clips, and kitchen utensils, protective coatings are a crucial material, especially for products that come into direct contact with food such as rice cookers and electric frying pans. They play a vital role in the overall product quality, and the quality of the protective coating directly affects the health and convenience of consumers. Therefore, such protection must meet requirements such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, environmental friendliness, and long service life. For products such as rice cookers and electric frying pans, non stick coatings are also required. The reason why inorganic ceramic coatings have achieved great success since their launch is that water-based nano ceramic coatings are mainly composed of nano inorganic compounds such as SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, etc., overcoming the problems of poor fire resistance, flame resistance, and hardness of water-based coatings mainly composed of organic emulsion resins. They can withstand high temperatures above 600 ℃ and have the characteristics of stable, wear-resistant, and flame-retardant inorganic raw materials. They are excellent materials for efficient metal protective coatings and can be widely used in various products such as non stick pans, heat pipes, and building aluminum curtain walls.
