Under the action of the accelerating voltage, these electron beams pass through the lens system and focus on the sample to form high-resolution electron images. They are widely used in research fields such as semiconductors, materials science, and life sciences.
Field emission transmission electron microscopy has a wide range of applications in materials science, life science and other fields. With the deep cross-integration of nanotechnology, materials science and biomedicine, the application of FETEM will be further expanded. FETEM technology has been able to achieve sub-angstrom spatial resolution, which plays a decisive role in the microstructure analysis of nanomaterials and biological samples. At the same time, FETEM technology is gradually developing towards three-dimensional reconstruction, in-situ dynamic observation and combination with other characterization methods. In recent years, my country has made important progress in the development of field emission transmission electron microscopes. For example, the release of the first domestically produced commercial field emission transmission electron microscope TH-F120 indicates that my country has mastered the core technologies such as the electron gun for transmission electron microscopes and has the ability to mass-produce transmission electron microscope complete products. This will help break the situation where domestic transmission electron microscopes are 100% dependent on imports.
