Tubular Cracking Furnaces Market

The tubular cracking furnace refers to the equipment that carries out the cracking reaction of hydrocarbons in the furnace tube. It is mainly composed of radiation furnace (furnace), convection furnace, smoke and nozzle for heat source. The fuel oil is sprayed into the furnace by the nozzle for combustion, and the generated smoke flows through the convection chamber and is discharged from the chimney. Radiation slaughtering and convection slaughtering are carried out in the furnace tube, and the raw material oil is heated to the required temperature in the furnace tube for cracking reaction to generate cracked gas (olefin), and the cracked gas enters the separation device after being quenched. The furnace tube is cast alloy steel tube.
